What is our return policy?

We accept returns of unused items within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition, including:

  • All original parts and packaging.
  • Batteries (if applicable).
  • Cables, controllers, blank warranty cards, instructions, and any other included materials.

What happens if an item is defective?

If you receive a defective item within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost. Follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Contact us:

    • Send an email to info@ordenadoresycomponentes.com to report the issue.
    • Include the following information in your email:
      • Your order number.
      • Your full name.
      • A description of the defect.
      • Photos of the defect (if possible).

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA):

    • We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
    • IMPORTANT: All returned items must include an RMA number to be processed. Returns without this number will not be accepted.

  3. Return the item:

    • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the defective item.
    • Once we receive the defective item in our warehouse, we will:
      • Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR
      • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
The refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.

Refund Scenarios:

  • Defective item with no replacement available:
    If the defective item cannot be replaced due to being out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

  • Order cancellation before shipment:
    If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please email us immediately. We will issue a full refund for the order amount.
